Learning the correct technique of glanding is important in ensuring the safety of the electrical installation. Glanding Installation course is suitable for electrical or instrumentation technicians who are working in hazardous areas.
Personnel who involved with project associated with hazardous locations, which involve the installation of electrical or non-electrical equipment that is in accordance with IEC standards.

– Selection of Cable Glands
– DEMO & Practice: on Hawke Barrier Gland ( braided cable ) Installation (ICG 653)
– DEMO & Practice: on Hawke Gland Installation (501/453/UNIV) on SWA cable
– DEMO & Practice: on Hawke Gland Installation for Intrinsically Safe Circuits (2P)
2 Days
Practical Assessment (1 hr):
Gland one cable length (Braided Armour) between 2 enclosures (3 core cable)
Certificate of Completion issued by ATTS, Singapore
