  • How do I register to PT ASET course?

    All individual and corporate registration to be submitted online via email

    Please note that all course bookings are subject to availability upon making reservation.

    PT ASET reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the courses. Company will be duly notified.


    How do I get the confirmation for my registration?

    For individual registration, you will receive a copy of joining instruction and tax invoice via email.

    For corporate registration, your officer in-charge will receive the joining instruction and tax invoice. Please bring along this confirmation on the first day of your course.


    Are there any night/weekend courses?

    Weekend or Night courses are scheduled periodically when there is interest.

  • When do I have to pay the course fees?

    Course fee is payable upfront upon enrollment of course. Place(s) will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of a completed booking form and once full payment has received.


    How do I pay the course fees?

    For self-sponsored applicant, the booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

    For company-sponsored, booking is confirmed when invoices are paid or Purchased Orders are issued.

    Terms & Conditions:

    • Payment must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah
    • For companies inside Batam – Corporate booking is inclusive of 2% WHT
    • For companies outside Batam – Corporate booking is inclusive of 2% WHT but will be subject to additional 11% VAT


    What should I do for deferment or withdrawal of course?

    Please send your request via email to enquiry@ptaset.com.

    Any request received less than 10 working days prior to course commencing date, will be subjected to cancellation charges.

  • When and how I will receive my certificate?

    Certificates are normally issues within 4-6 weeks after course completion. PT ASET reserves the right to HOLD candidates’ certificate if there is an outstanding amount in the account. Once there are no outstanding matters, a result slip or certificate will be issued. The certificate will be posted to the address indicated on the booking form. Kindly ensure the address and contact details are valid to avoid delivery problems.


    Can I re-take exam if I failed?

    For CompEx Competence assessment, you are given 2 further re-sit, it must be completed within a year of the original training.
