Once registration is confirmed, any cancellation\/rescheduling MUST be made in writing.<\/p>\n

<\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”leader-text”]Substitution<\/u><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Request for substitution of the candidate must be submitted via official email (enquiry@ptaseta.com) and at least 05 working days\u2019 prior course start date.<\/p>\n

<\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”leader-text”]Cancellation \/ Rescheduling<\/u><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The following cancellation charges will apply if the written notice is received before the course start date: –<\/p>\n

    Over 10 working days: 0% of the course fee<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    6 \u2013 10 working days: 50% of the course fee<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    0 \u2013 5 working days: 100% of the course fee<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Partial Payment \u2013 Cancellation \/ Reschedule <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Partial payment is generally not refundable unless the contract \/ quote \/ email expressly states otherwise.<\/p>\n

    <\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”leader-text”]No Show \/ Non-Attendance<\/u><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course. Non-attendance includes, failure to cancel your booking; cancelling your booking after the close of normal office hours on the last working day before the course; failure to attend the course, and; informing us of cancellation following the start of the course.<\/p>\n

    <\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”leader-text”]Course Cancellation, Changes & Modifications<\/u><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    PT ASET course schedules, including course trainer, course fees, and course availability are subject to change. PT ASET reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course at short notice; & at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason for such cancellation\/postponements.<\/p>\n

      Processing time 4-6 weeks after completion of the course<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Certificate\/ Result Slips will be sent to the company for candidates under company sponsorship<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      All payments must be settled before issuance of the certification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      PT ASET reserved the right to hold the candidate\u2019s certification\/result slip if there is a pending amount in the Account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”leader-text”]Limited Liability Clause <\/u><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

      PT ASET\u2019s officers, agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damages and\/or injury, including loss of life, which candidates of our courses may suffer arising out of or in connection with out courses, whether the loss, damage and\/or injury was suffered on any of PT ASET\u2019s premises or at any other venue(s) in connection of our courses.<\/p>\n
